We are holding a late season training and recording session for dragonflies on the Purbeck Heaths. This event is ideal both for those new to dragonflies who would like to develop their identification skills, and for those wishing to build on existing knowledge. The presence of experienced recorders will be especially valuable so we can learn from each other and record as many individuals as possible.
The exact location will be confirmed closer to the date, once suitable training sites have been identified.
If you would like to join, please:
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Bring binoculars and Odonata ID guides/sheets
- Bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day
