By accepting this membership agreement, you agree that: “Members shall at all times treat other individuals and groups with courtesy and mutual respect. Members shall not perpetrate or condone any form of harassment, bullying, abuse or discrimination, whether in person or via any public or private medium, including electronic media” “Members whose wildlife recording activities are facilitated through the Forum agree to submit their data to the partnership in line with the agreed processes, systems and formats” 2. Forum Membership Insurance & Risk Assessments Forum insurance cover requires that appropriate risk assessments are in place and that volunteers are suitably trained in risk management. By accepting this membership agreement, you confirm that you will assess and manage any risks associated with your monitoring activities. This does not apply to events organised by NNR partners, for which a risk assessment will be provided. 3. Data sharing One of the core objectives of the PNHF is to generate high-quality biological records to inform conservation management across the Purbeck region. By becoming a member, you agree that any biological records generated by you through Forum-related activities will be made available to the Dorset Environmental Records Centre (DERC) in line with the provided processes, systems and formats. 4. Access to sites Forum members must inform the relevant land manager, where requested, of any individual or independent surveys planned on their land. This does not apply to surveys organised or led by the landowner. I agree to the Consent Statement
