Reptile survey training for beginners

The Purbeck Natural History Forum is organising, in collaboration with Amphibian and Reptile Conservation (ARC) a reptile survey training for beginners. This training, delivered by ARC, provides the opportunity to work towards becoming an accredited reptile surveyor. Accredited surveyors are assigned to existing survey sites on the Purbeck heaths and surrounding area, conducting surveys at least six times a year between March and October. Each survey typically takes around three hours. Your contributions would play a vital role in monitoring native reptile populations and supporting their conservation.
