On Tuesday the 26th of November we will have our first Aquatic Invertebrate ID session of the year. During this session we will briefly repeat how to identify the main groups of aquatic invertebrates. After this we will start to look at some of the samples of the ponds we surveyed this year making use of stereo microscopes. I am also happy to say that fresh water ecologist Robert Aquilina is joining us during this session to help us. Note that during this session there will be a lot of time available to revive and simply practise your ID skills. This session is mainly about learning in a relaxed environment.

The location for this event if the Currendon Office of the National Trust (location: https://w3w.co/finishes.descended.trespass).

Coffee and tea will be available, but please bring your own lunch with you.

I you are hoping to join this day, please sign up below as it is important for me to know how many participants there will be. If you have any questions about this event, please contact Jasper: jasper.iepema@naturalengland.org.uk.
