Join us to survey fixed-point monitoring locations within the PHNNR, where we will survey for 37 target species in four habitat types, across Arne, Hartland, Slepe Heath and Stoborough.

This structured method allows the PHNNR Partnership to track the presence of 37 target species across the landscape and monitor changes in their distribution over time. The first round of surveys took place in 2022 and surveys are repeated every three years.

These surveys are a great opportunity to learn from others, get out and about in this iconic reserve, and contribute directly to the monitoring and ongoing management of this stunning landscape.

Beginners are welcome, as are experienced surveyors.

Please wear walking boots and bring lunch, plenty of water and appropriate weather protection.
